This elegant and practical desk organiser has been hand-woven in fibres of the water hyacinth (Jalkumbhi); an invasive species of plant now found in most wetlands and rivers of India. Commercial use of the fibre is one way to remove it from ecosystems.
The fibres are woven around a steel frame for durability.

Tracking Your Order
In case of multiple items/products in an order, each item (identified by an SKU i.e. Stock Keeping Unit code) is packaged separately and shipped as a group of packages. The shipment can be tracked by a master group AWB number and an item/product child AWB number. Â
We will aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered as working days normally for deliveries.
Once your order is shipped, we will email/message/WhatsApp you your order tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Currently we are not accepting international orders and are not delivering outside India.
We have tied up with trusted courier service providers for providing cost effective and efficient delivery of our products within India.
Currently all orders are processed from our warehouse in Lucknow.
As we are a Startup, currently we are offering free delivery of our products pan India for promotional purposes. This may change in future depending on Company policy. Masterpieces are an exception as they require specialised packaging. Separate packaging and shipping charges will apply in such cases which will be communicated via email with proforma invoice.
The order is dispatched to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Therefore, it is important to accurately fill the address including the pin code and a mobile number on which you can be contacted for ensuring smooth delivery of your order.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum of three times before it is returned to us. No refund will be entertained on this account. Refunds will also not be entertained if the delivery has failed due to incorrect address details. Packaging & Shipping charges will be separately levied for a fresh delivery attempt after correct details have been provided via email and/or availability of purchaser ensured at the shipping address.
We do not have the facility of store pick up yet.
Modes of Payment
We offer multiple ways to make payments securely. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI and netbanking transactions. Razorpay is currently our payment gateway.
Currently we are not offering Cash on Delivery mode of payment.
